Considerations:
You’ll need a sign in your yard
You’ll need pictures
You’ll be scheduling showings yourself
You’ll negotiate with agents directly
You’ll be filling out and signing paperwork and working with your preferred title company directly
Some Agents won’t show “for sale by owner” listings
I recommend you also offer a commission to the buyer’s agent, which has been industry standard.
Fee paid at time of listing or closing and you can upgrade to either of the other options as time progresses if you decide to.

I will share your home on my website, social media and on PDX fliers to all licensed agents

You can still be a part of the process, I advise but you still drive
I can take the biggest burden off of your shoulders and keep more equity in your pocket.
