  • Your home will be seen on all major platforms

  • Agents bombard “for sale by owner” listings to try to get your listing, this will save you dozens of unnecessary phone calls.

  • Agent Remarks will show your name and phone number

Considerations:

  • You’ll need a sign in your yard

  • You’ll need pictures

  • You’ll be scheduling showings yourself

  • You’ll negotiate with agents directly

  • You’ll be filling out and signing paperwork and working with your preferred title company directly

  • Some Agents won’t show “for sale by owner” listings

  • I recommend you also offer a commission to the buyer’s agent, which has been industry standard.

  • Fee paid at time of listing or closing and you can upgrade to either of the other options as time progresses if you decide to.

  • I’m available for you 24/7 and can consult through all steps of the transaction that you are wanting to handle yourself

  • I can assist on paperwork

  • Transaction Coordinator included to help ensure everything is completed on time and paperwork completed accurately

  • I will share your home on my website, social media and on PDX fliers to all licensed agents

  • I film a video of your home and broadcast it to a private network as well as through several social media channels

  • $100 gift card at closing

Considerations:

  • You can still be a part of the process, I advise but you still drive

  • I can take the biggest burden off of your shoulders and keep more equity in your pocket.

  • I recommend you also offer a commission to the buyer’s agent, which has been industry standard.
