This graph compares a 3% Listing Fee vs. my Full Service Flat Fee.

Buying a home?
Did you know some agents charge hidden fees?

  • Typically Buyer's Agents get paid from the seller of the home you want to purchase. Your contract with your Realtor may require you to pay their fee in the event the seller doesn't.

  • Your Realtor may boast having a savvy transaction coordinator available to you, while also charging that fee to you in their representation agreement.

  • Historically, Realtors have been paid 3% when helping you sell a home and 3% when helping you buy a home. Sticking to this norm could be considered as a form of price fixing. All commissions are negotiable.
